Liliana Cruz
Originally from Mexico City, she studied a degree in business administration at Universidad Intercontinental, in Mexico City. But she decided to focus their expertise in the world of spas and directing several spas, at the Riviera Maya but she founds a very special interest in massage therapy and alternative medicine, and in 2004 she began studying basic massage techniques at the Instituto Holistico Maya. She learned techniques of deep tissue massage, swedish, neurosedant, hot stones, ayurveda, herbal , reiki, facials and body. Also complete her studies of Power Vinyasa Yoga Teachers Training. and meditation with Baron Baptise. Liliana continuous expanding their knowledge, actually she is studying the 3th. year of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, heat therapy, acupressure, shiatsu, among others.
